54RossYes, I do have a laundry room in my building, um, but there's a.... rat problem. Apparently they're attracted to the dryer sheets, and they're goin' in fine, but they're comin' out all.... fluffy. Anyway, say, sevenish?
Observation: It's probably just a coincidence, but in Episode E713/L315-319: , line(s) 713, Monica rubs a fluffy dead mouse on her face. In Episode E105/L54: , line(s) 105, Ross talks about fluffy rats in his laundry room.
Episode 713, Lines 315-319
315MonicaOh, this is terrible! Everything is destroyed! Look at this. (She picks up some kind of furry thing.) It obviously meant enough for me to save it, and I don’t even know what it is! Ohh, it’s still soft. (She rubs it against her cheek.) What do you think this is?
316RossAll right. I think it was a mouse.
317(ACTION)Monica screams, throws the mouse down, and rubs her hands on Ross’s sweater to clean them.
318Mr. Geller(entering) How are you honey?
319MonicaHow do you think I am?! You’ve wrecked all my childhood memories. You love Ross more than me. And I just rubbed a dead mouse on my face!
103PhoebeThis is nice. We never do anything just the two of us.
Observation: I'm probably just a hopeless romantic, but in Episode E105/L103: , line(s) 105, Phoebe hints she and Chandler should spend more time alone together -- on the same day both of them are breaking up. Could Phoebe be hinting for a date?
148Ross(to the crowd in the laundromat) All right, show's over. Nothing to see here. (to Rachel) Ok, let's do laundry.
149RachelThat was amazing. I can't even send back soup.
150RossWell, that's because you're such a sweet, gentle, uh...Do you, uh, do you...Oh, hey, uh you must need detergent.
Nitpick: Rachel sends back a drink (Episode E306/L83-85: , line(s) 306), but later (Episode E105/L148-150: , line(s) 105) says she can't even send back soup. (Episode 306 is a flashback, and occurs before Episode 105)
Episode 306, Lines 83-85
83Rachel(sitting at a table with some of her friends) (to waitress) Oh, um, no, no, no, no excuse me, hello. Hi. My friend ordered an onion, not an olive, and uh I ordered a rum and Diet Coke, which I don’t think this is.
84WaitressI am so sorry.
85RachelThat’s all right. (to her friends) I mean hard is it to get a couple drinks right, huh?
183MonicaWow. My brother never even told me when he lost his virginity.
Not a nitpick: In Episode E105/L183: , line(s) 105, Monica says she doesn't know when Ross lost his virginity. In Episode E104/L38-43: , line(s) 104, Monica knows when Ross first slept with Carol, who we later find out (Episode E104/L217-221: , line(s) 104) was his first and only. However, Monica only knew when Ross first slept with Carol; she didn't realize Ross was a virgin prior to Carol, so this isn't an error.
Episode 104, Lines 38-43
38RossOh my God, oh- is today the twentieth, October twentieth?
39MonicaOh, I was hoping you wouldn't remember.
41JoeyWhat's wrong with the twentieth?
42ChandlerEleven days before Halloween.. all the good costumes are gone?
43RossToday's the day Carol and I first.. consummated our physical relationship. (Joey is puzzled.) Sex. ..You know what, I-I'd better pass on the game. I think I'm just gonna go home and think about my ex-wife and her lesbian lover.
Episode 104, Lines 217-221
217RossMy first time with Carol was... (He mumbles the last part)
219RossIt was my first time.
220JoeyWith Carol? (Ross gives him a look.) Oh.
221ChandlerSo in your whole life, you've only been with one—(He gets a look too)—oh.
204MonicaSomething went wrong with Underdog, and they couldn't get his head to inflate. So anyway, um, his head is like flopping down Broadway, right, and I'm just thinking... how inappropriate this is. Um, I've got something in my eye, uh, Joey, could we check it in the light, please?
Observation: The Underdog balloon is trouble. In Episode E105/L204: , line(s) 105, Monica mentions how his head didn't inflate and in Episode E109/L158-160: , line(s) 109, he gets away.
Episode 109, Lines 158-160
158ChandlerThe most unbelievable thing has happened. Underdog has just gotten away.
159JoeyThe balloon?
160ChandlerNo, no, the actual cartoon character. Of course the balloon. It's all over the news. Right before he reached Macy's, he broke free and was spotted flying over Washington Square Park. I'm goin' to the roof, who's with me?
