22PhoebeSo is Joey going to have to give up the apartment?
23ChandlerNo, I hope not! I tried to offer him some money, but he wouldn’t take it.
24PhoebeWell, how much do you think he needs?
25ChandlerI figure that $1,500 would cover him for a few months, y’know? But I have to trick him into taking it so I won’t hurt his pride.
Observation: Chandler must mean that $1500 will cover Joey for a "few months" (the lines above) including money Joey already has, since $1500 wouldn't cover life in Manhattan for a single month. (maybe pretend Manhattan has a lower cost of living?).

33PhoebeAnd also, my birthday.
34MonicaIt’s not your birthday.
35PhoebeWhat a mean thing to say! I would never tell you it’s not your birthday!
Nitpick: In Episode 108: The One Where Nana Dies Twice, line(s) 16-17, Rachel mentions Phoebe's birthday party. Since Rachel has only known Phoebe since the first episode, this means Phoebe had a birthday party sometime between Episode 101 and Episode 108. However, in Episode 117: The One With Two Parts: Part Two, line(s) 51-53, it's Phoebe's birthday again, even though less than a year has passed. It's possible Phoebe's joke in the lines above is a reference to this blooper. Episode 905: The One With Phoebe's Birthday Dinner, line(s) 2-6 implies Phoebe's birthday is close to Halloween, even though Episode 117 comes after Valentine's Day (Episode 114, "The One With The Candy Hearts", is set on Valentine's Day).
Episode 108, Lines 16-17
16RachelYeah, but then you spent Phoebe's entire birthday party talking to my breasts, so then I figured maybe not.
17ChandlerHuh. Did, uh... any of the rest of you guys think that when you first met me?
Episode 117, Lines 51-53
51RossWo-wo-whoa. What about Phoebe's birthday?
52JoeyWhen's that?
53RossTonight.
Episode 905, Lines 2-6
2SCENECentral Perk.
3PhoebeOh hey you guys, I couldn't get a reservation for the night of my birthday, so we have to do dinner Thursday night instead.
4JoeyThursday? But that's Halloween.
5PhoebeSo?
6JoeySo spooky, that's all.

178RachelI’m not moving! (She re-hangs a picture, crookedly.) Is that picture straight?
179MonicaIt needs to go about 20 blocks to the left!
Observation: In Episode 505: The One With All the Kips, line(s) 199-201, Rachel says Phoebe lives "far away". In the lines above, Rachel is moving in with Phoebe, and Monica seems to say this is "about 20 blocks" away (it's possible Monica's angry and thus inaccurate). There are 20 city blocks to a mile. Apparentally, in Manhattan, 1 mile is "far away" (actually, from what I've heard of Manhattan, this might be true, especially if people mostly walk and don't drive).
Episode 505, Lines 199-201
199RachelWell, of course I am! It's not gonna happen to Ross! He's your brother. (To Chandler) He's your old college roommate. Ugh, it was just a matter of time before someone had to leave the group. I just always assumed Phoebe would be the one to go.
200PhoebeEhh!!
201RachelHoney, come on! You live far away! You're not related. You lift right out.
